FME Developer Consultant – Senior Associate

About the role

As a Senior Associate FME Developer Consultant at PwC, you will help clients improve operational efficiency by delivering GIS‑focused business application solutions. Working within the Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will use Esri’s ArcGIS suite to analyse, manage and visualise geographic data for sectors such as urban planning, environmental management and transportation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client needs and design business application solutions that leverage GIS technology.
• Utilise Esri’s software suite, including ArcGIS, to manage, visualise and interpret geographic data.
• Collaborate with clients in urban planning, environmental management and transportation to optimise operational processes.
• Provide training and ongoing support to ensure seamless integration and utilisation of business applications.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, anticipating future needs and delivering proactive solutions.
• Apply analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate actionable insights.
• Uphold professional and technical standards across all client engagements.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preference for an MBA or PhD in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Geography, Geophysics, Information Technology or Management Information Systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and deliver quality solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ArcGIS (Esri Mapping Software).
• Experience using FME for GIS data conversion and manipulation.
