About the role
Reedhouse is seeking an experienced Floating Service Technician to join its maintenance team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality technical and mechanical support for buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas while providing excellent customer service to residents.
Key responsibilities
- Perform technical and mechanical work to maintain the physical condition of properties.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and shared spaces.
- Respond promptly to resident service requests and complete repairs.
- Support routine inspections and preventative maintenance activities.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a maintenance or service technician.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to exceed expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high‑performing team.
