Floating Sales Consultant – Active Adult Market

About the role
The Floating Sales Consultant supports multiple Greystar active‑adult communities in the Dallas market. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, create engaging events, and help build a vibrant resident experience across several properties.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct all sales and leasing activities, from greeting prospects to processing applications, credit checks, and lease signing.
- Collect and record move‑in information for new residents.
- Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
- Design and execute marketing events, resident referral programs, and employer outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resident move‑ins and ongoing satisfaction.
