About the role

This role performs technical and mechanical work to ensure that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and making repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors as needed.

Required profile

Ability to follow established policies, procedures, safety standards, and applicable code requirements.
