About the role

The Floating Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time position is based in Greenwood Village, Colorado, and involves both hands‑on technical work and supervisory responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and routine community upkeep, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, conducting pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors and contractors, and securing necessary supplies.
