Floating Leasing Professional

About the role

The Floating Leasing Professional is responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals for a residential community.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, and showing apartments.
• Process applications, conduct credit screening and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in to ensure they are ready and coordinate any necessary preparations.
• Manage resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
• Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention objectives.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with ability to greet and qualify prospective residents.
• Experience in sales or leasing activities within a residential community.
• Attention to detail for application processing, background checks, and lease documentation.
• Ability to conduct property tours and present apartment features effectively.
