Floating Housekeeper – San Antonio Area

About the role
The Floating Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of vacant apartments, leasing offices, and common‑area amenities for Greystar properties in the San Antonio area. This full‑time, onsite position supports the make‑ready process and helps ensure each unit is market‑ready for prospective residents.
Key responsibilities
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common‑area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
- Refresh vacant and show units throughout the day to maintain market‑ready appeal.
- Assist the Service Manager, Community Manager and Assistant Manager with additional make‑ready duties.
- Report any observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations to the appropriate supervisor.
Required profile
- Dependable and detail‑oriented individual.
- Ability to follow supervisor instructions and work independently.
- Willingness to identify and communicate safety hazards.
