Floating Community Manager – Northern Colorado

About the role

The Floating Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of a Greystar‑managed property in Northern Colorado. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures financial performance, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality resident experience across the community.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct due‑diligence activities, including file audits, unit inspections, and onboarding of new residents.
• Coach onsite staff, deliver one‑on‑one training, and coordinate remedial education as needed.
• Assist in budget development by analyzing financial statements, marketing data, and operational reports.
• Drive revenue targets by overseeing rent collection, posting fees, making bank deposits, and preparing monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor and contractor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges, and manage communications between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Maintain expenditure control within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve prospective resident applications, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other applicable regulations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of multi‑family housing regulations (Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA).
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection processes.
• Proven ability to lead and develop onsite teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
