Floating Community Manager – Lease‑Up (Denver)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Floating Community Manager to lead lease‑up activities for a Denver‑area property. The role oversees daily operations, financial performance, and resident experience while ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate coding to the appropriate chart of accounts.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Required profile

• Experience managing multifamily property operations and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related regulations.
• Ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
