Floating Community Manager - Lease-Up South Denver

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Floating Community Manager to lead lease‑up activities for a South Denver property. In this full‑time position you will oversee daily operations, guide the on‑site team and ensure financial and compliance targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including team supervision, resident services and maintenance coordination.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements and adjust rent pricing to achieve revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and Greystar policies.
• Drive lease‑up performance by implementing marketing strategies and tracking leasing metrics.
• Prepare regular operational reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate or related field (preferred).
• 4‑6 years of relevant property management or leasing experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of multi‑family housing regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
