Flight Instruments Project Engineer, Systems

About the role

BETA Technologies is seeking a Technical Project Engineer to support its Flight Instruments team, driving the development of certifiable avionics systems for an electric aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Track internal technical schedules and deliverables across the Avionics & Flight Instruments team.
• Coordinate supplier deliverables, reviews, and open items, managing Statements of Work and development agreements.
• Support system design, testing, certification timelines, and flight test readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Systems, or related engineering discipline.
• Familiarity with ARP 4754A, DO-178C, and DO-254 standards.
• Experience in aircraft system integration, preferably avionics, with strong organizational and communication skills.
