About the role

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home and provide individualized care.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
• Record observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately.
• Exercise autonomy in delivering skilled nursing tasks both at home and at school settings.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current LPN license in good standing in North Carolina.
• Preferred: at least one year of nursing experience (LPN or RN).

Required skills

• Patient assessment and monitoring.
• Clinical documentation of care activities.
• Ability to follow and implement doctors’ orders.
