Fleet Analyst – Parts & Services (Multiple US Locations)

About the role

Sandvik Mining is seeking a Fleet Analyst for its Parts & Services business in the United States (Smyrna, GA; Tucson, AZ; or Denver, CO). The analyst will develop and maintain predictive operating cost models for Sandvik equipment fleets, supporting aftermarket contracts, lifecycle services and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update indicative predictive operating cost (POC) models for new and existing equipment fleets.
• Maintain a comprehensive asset register and serial‑specific lifecycle cost models.
• Produce service schedules, component life forecasts, and budget operating costs aligned with maintenance strategy plans.
• Provide parts consumption forecasts, maintenance labor resource estimates, and revenue predictions for tender submissions.
• Collaborate with Aftermarket Contracts, Lifecycle Support Services, Service Contracts, and sales representatives.
• Gather feedback from active contracts to continuously improve lifecycle models.
• Serve as fleet champion and manage MDG Access for all USA fleet assets.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in equipment cost modeling or lifecycle analysis.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with contracts, service, and sales teams.
• Comfort with hybrid work environment (3 days onsite).
