Fixed Income Access Coordinator

About the role

Barclays Research in New York is looking for a Fixed Income Access Coordinator to support analyst marketing trips and client engagement logistics. The role coordinates travel schedules with senior analysts, manages meeting requests and calendars, confirms bookings and creates detailed itineraries, and works with sales and client strategy guidance. It sits in the Research business area.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate travel schedules with senior analysts and manage meeting requests and calendars
• Confirm bookings and create detailed itineraries for distribution
• Prepare pre-trip summaries and track real-time requests during live events
• Use data, analytics and feedback to understand clients and the competitive landscape, and decide where to allocate resources
• Manage and improve the research content monetisation processes and agenda
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve monetisation opportunities
• Drive changes to systems and processes to improve delivery to internal stakeholders and clients
• Apply the highest standards of risk management and controls, identifying risks and helping develop mitigation strategies

Required profile

• Experience in the financial industry and fixed income research
• Experience coordinating travel and meetings in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with senior stakeholders
• In-depth technical knowledge of the assigned area of expertise
