Fitness Workstudy (Clerical)

About the role

This temporary clerical work‑study supports the fitness department at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. It is designed for current university employees, student employees, or graduate assistants who can work on‑site while continuing their studies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
• Assist with scheduling of fitness classes, equipment reservations, and facility usage.
• Provide front‑desk support, answer inquiries, and direct visitors.
• Help prepare reports and maintain inventory of fitness supplies.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Current employee of the University of Arkansas System (student employee or graduate assistant).
• Ability to log into Workday and complete the application process.
• Availability to work the assigned shift on campus.
• No sponsorship required.
