About the role

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic first‑grade helper to work with young learners near the University of Southern California. This part‑time position is ideal for college students who want to earn $18‑$29 per hour while gaining hands‑on experience in a classroom setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the teacher with daily classroom activities for first‑grade students.
• Support students during lessons, group work, and transitions.
• Help maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
• Follow classroom routines and directions from the teacher.

Required profile
