Financial Analyst – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

The Financial Analyst will provide accounting support and analytical services to drive efficiency, safety and financial performance at our Shreveport manufacturing plant. Working closely with plant management, supply chain and production teams, the analyst will translate operational data into actionable financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operations to identify cost‑saving opportunities and support safety initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze operational results, trends, customer profitability, capital projects, budgeting, forecasting and special projects.
• Produce regular and ad‑hoc financial reports, including Monthly Business Review (MBR) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) support.
• Assist the Controller with internal controls, policy adherence, month‑end close and journal voucher preparation.
• Support audits, compliance reviews and capital planning processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in corrugated, printing, packaging or similar industries is a plus.
