About the role
HUB International is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its finance team. The role involves analyzing financial data, supporting acquisition activities, and ensuring compliance with internal controls while maintaining strong relationships with management and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Update and maintain monthly reconciliations of balance‑sheet accounts.
- Prepare acquisition budgets and opening balance sheets.
- Coordinate SOX testing and submission.
- Review and report on lease agreements.
- Conduct monthly bonus analysis reviews.
- Prepare additional corporate reports and analyses as requested.
Required profile
- College degree required.
- 2–5 years of accounting data‑processing experience (preferred).
- 1–3 years of insurance industry knowledge (preferred).
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
- Initiative and problem‑solving capability.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
