Finance Operations Associate

About the role

ConceiveAbilities is looking for a detail‑oriented Finance Operations Associate to manage critical financial workflows within its family‑building and healthcare services ecosystem. The position operates in a remote‑first culture, supporting client escrow accounts, invoicing, and cross‑functional financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full client financial lifecycle, including billing, escrow tracking, vendor payments, and client invoicing.
• Develop and maintain standardized operational workflows, checklists, and KPIs for finance processes.
• Conduct routine audits of client escrow accounts to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Operations teams to resolve complex client financial issues.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing, regulatory tax filings, and annual financial audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in financial operations, escrow management, or corporate accounting.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Bill.com.

• Estimated compensation between $60,000 and $75,000 per year.
