About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Operations Analyst to join our Real Estate Financial Planning & Analysis team. This hybrid, contract position supports high‑volume invoice processing, compliance tracking, and accurate financial reporting for real‑estate projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Review and process exterior building signage invoices, ensuring correct coding and timely payment.
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain tracking logs.
  • Maintain project cost and spend logs using Excel and internal reporting tools.
  • Code payments within Oracle, correct errors, and escalate issues to management.
  • Support year‑end accruals, special project invoices, and compliance‑related documentation.

Required profile

  • 8+ years of finance or accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial controls.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills; able to work independently.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using Oracle.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign.
