Finance Manager – Special Projects (LATAM)

About the role

The Finance Manager – Special Projects will lead accounting and financial operations for new venues of a large entertainment client in the LATAM market. You will partner with senior leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Latin America SVP and business units to manage and control the annual budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed CapEx financial models for each project, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
• Review monthly forecasts, assess risks, and align them with division objectives.
• Prepare variance analysis on capital investment projects and identify key drivers.
• Oversee lease accounting, ensuring budgets and forecasts reflect contractual terms.
• Analyze key metrics for corporate reporting and support ad‑hoc executive analyses.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities, lead implementation, and map new system processes.
• Lead special projects and other duties as assigned by the SVP.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA a plus).
• 7+ years in accounting or finance, with 2‑3 years managing CapEx or assets.
• Bilingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience leading projects in fast‑paced environments.
