Finance Manager – LAC Corporate Functions (FP&A)

About the role

Visa is seeking a Finance Manager to act as a Finance Business Partner for Corporate Functions across the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region. The role will own the full financial planning cycle, from budgeting and forecasting to month‑end and quarter‑end close, delivering insight that drives investment decisions and financial discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end budgeting, forecasting and actuals reporting for LAC Corporate Functions.
• Produce timely variance analysis with clear commentary on drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with function leaders to evaluate investment proposals, ROI, payback periods and trade‑off scenarios.
• Collaborate with Cluster CFOs and regional stakeholders to align financial plans with business strategy.
• Analyze OPEX trends, identify optimization opportunities and support senior leadership with data‑driven insights.
• Own and continuously improve financial cycles, leveraging automation and advanced analytics.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with accounting principles and reporting standards.

Required profile

• Strong analytical depth and financial acumen with experience in expense planning and performance management.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted business partner to senior leaders.
• Experience driving financial discipline across large, multi‑country organizations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear narratives.
