Finance Manager – Commissions

About the role

As the Finance Manager – Commissions at Brex, you will own the design, implementation and ongoing management of commission structures that drive the performance of our sales and revenue teams. Based in Salt Lake City, you will work in a hybrid environment and partner closely with senior leadership across finance, sales and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, model and maintain commission plans that align with company growth objectives.
• Ensure accurate calculation and timely payout of commissions for the sales organization.
• Analyze commission data to identify trends, forecast costs and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with finance, sales and HR partners to integrate commission processes with broader compensation programs.
• Prepare reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into commission expenses and performance metrics.
