Finance Manager – A&P for Luxe Division

About the role

Join L’Oréal’s Finance & Legal team as a Finance Manager supporting Advertising & Promotion (A&P) for the Luxe Division. Based in the Hudson Yards office, you will act as a trusted business partner to marketing and brand teams, ensuring financial compliance, accurate budgeting, and insightful spend analysis across 19 luxury brands.

Key responsibilities

• Track actual A&P expenditures at the brand level, identify variances against budgets and latest estimates, and maintain data integrity through proper PO coding and accruals.
• Deliver timely A&P tracking reports, perform variance analysis, and contribute to the preparation of latest estimates (LEs) with high accuracy.
• Serve as a proactive finance partner to Marketing/Brand Teams and Brand Controllers, providing financial information, challenging assumptions, and supporting value‑driven decisions.
• Standardize A&P spend processes across all Luxe brands and drive continuous improvement of reporting cadences and analytical dashboards.
• Resolve discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and support ad‑hoc analyses for strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of finance experience, preferably in a multinational consumer‑goods environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven financial modeling and problem‑solving abilities.
