Finance Director – GPO LATAM

About the role

The Finance Director for GPO LATAM will shape the financial strategy of a rapidly expanding business unit operating in 23 countries. Reporting directly to the Vice President, this senior leader will ensure sustainability, efficiency, and profitability across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor budgets for all countries in the LATAM region.
• Generate financial forecasts and profitability analyses.
• Control costs and revenues to maintain operational efficiency.
• Lead the finance Supply Chain for Managed Services in Mexico.
• Manage an expense budget of approximately USD 700 million, with margins of USD 8 million in GPO and USD 20 million in NVDs.
• Coordinate regional initiatives to drive sales and market penetration.
• Ensure successful execution of financial and commercial projects across multiple countries.
• Implement a new operating model and align financial/management systems.
• Partner with the VP GPO LATAM on strategic decisions and build relationships with leaders across the region.
• Oversee finance and administration leaders of each country who report into this role.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regional or multinational financial leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial control.
• Ability to lead complex projects across multiple countries.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (preferred).
• High adaptability and motivation to grow within a developing business unit.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance; CPA or MBA strongly preferred.
