Finance Analyst – Real Estate Investments

About the role

We are a trusted advisory firm supporting LP investors in syndicated real‑estate deals. We seek a Finance Analyst with real‑estate investment experience to drive due diligence, deal evaluation, and asset‑management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze real‑estate investment opportunities, including financials, market conditions, and risk factors.
• Build and maintain financial models for underwriting and valuation of potential investments.
• Assess sponsor track records, deal structures, and incentive alignment.
• Monitor existing assets, track performance versus pro‑forma, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare investor reporting, quarterly/annual portfolio reviews, and support negotiations with sponsors.
• Conduct market research and industry benchmarking to inform investment strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in real‑estate investment analysis, asset management, or financial due diligence.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and perform sensitivity/scenario analysis.
• Experience in market research, cap‑rate analysis and risk assessment.
