Final Punch Technician

About the role
The Final Punch Technician ensures that modular buildings and power enclosures are flawless and ready for shipment. Working on the Fibrebond production floor in Minden, LA, you will perform final inspections, repairs, and finishing tasks to meet customer standards.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect exterior of buildings for damage, correct installation of components, and overall appearance.
- Inspect interior for loose bolts, screws, paint defects, and finish quality.
- Coordinate and perform repairs on doors, hardware, paint, waveguides, air‑conditioners, and other components.
- Clean all interior and exterior surfaces to a presentable condition.
- Prepare and pack miscellaneous materials and parts for shipping.
- Use battery drills, hammer drills, tape measures, generators, and painting equipment as needed.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reside within a 50‑mile radius of Minden, LA (active‑duty military exempt).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, reach, stand, walk, push, and pull.
- Willingness to work overtime, including alternate Saturdays.
- No immigration sponsorship or relocation assistance provided.
Required skills
- Proficiency with hand and power tools (battery drills, hammer drills, tape measures, generators).
- Experience using painting equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
What we offer
- Hourly wage range $16.50‑$18.17.
- Average 54‑hour work week (including overtime).
