Field Systems Administrator – Desktop Support

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Field Systems Administrator to provide desktop support across client sites in Orange County. This hands‑on position blends on‑site troubleshooting with remote assistance, acting as the primary IT face for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to client locations to resolve end‑user hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and monitor systems, servers, and network infrastructure on‑site.
• Provide timely desktop support, including installations, configurations, and updates.
• Document incidents and solutions in ticketing systems.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for customers, ensuring high satisfaction.

Required profile

• Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Comfortable driving to multiple client sites within the Orange County area.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied technical workload.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
