Field Service Technician (Entry Level)

About the role

Datamax is seeking motivated, hands‑on individuals to join our field service team in Dallas, Texas. This entry‑level position offers on‑the‑job training to service and maintain modern office equipment, providing a solid foundation for a long‑term career in technology.

Key responsibilities

• Service and maintain copiers and multifunction printers at customer sites.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs on‑site.
• Document service calls and complete basic paperwork.
• Deliver excellent customer service and technical support.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while representing Datamax.

Required profile

• Basic mechanical or technical aptitude; training will be provided.
• Interest in electronics and hands‑on work.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation.

• Hourly pay of $19.00‑$20.00.
• Full‑time schedule, Monday‑Friday (8 AM‑5 PM) with occasional overtime.
