About the role

Join Vivint Smart Home as a Field Service Professional, the front‑line expert who installs and maintains cutting‑edge smart home equipment for residential customers in Pell City, AL. You will combine technical installation skills with on‑site sales to deliver safer, more connected homes.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Assess customer homes on‑site and recommend upgraded solutions or additional services.
• Educate homeowners on system operation and best practices for security and energy efficiency.
• Maintain accurate service records and report any issues to the support team.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑first attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable working independently in residential settings.
• Willingness to learn sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
