About the role

Join the Smart Home team as a Field Service Professional, representing Vivint in Abilene, TX. You will install cutting‑edge smart home technology and help customers upgrade their systems for greater safety and convenience.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation devices.
• Assess customer homes on‑site and recommend equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
• Educate homeowners on how to use their new smart home system.
• Maintain company‑provided tools, tablet, and cell phone while adhering to safety standards.

Required profile

• Customer‑first attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Sales mindset – experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or similar is a plus.
• Willingness to learn technical skills through paid training and coaching.
