About the role

Join Vivint Smart Home as a Field Service Professional in Mount Juliet, TN, where you will install, service, and support industry‑leading smart home technology. You will work independently while staying connected to a supportive team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping create safer, more connected homes.

Key responsibilities

• Install and service smart home security, thermostat, automation systems, cameras and smart locks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on site.
• Educate customers on product features and functionality.
• Conduct onsite evaluations, recommend upgrades and generate additional sales through uncapped commissions.
• Maintain quality, safety and installation standards while managing daily appointments and work orders.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to pass background, drug test and licensing requirements.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional, integrity‑driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Installation and servicing of smart home security systems.
• Thermostat and home automation system setup.
• Camera and smart lock installation.
• Technical troubleshooting of smart home devices.
