Field Service Engineer – Image Guided Therapy/Diagnostic X‑Ray

About the role

Join Philips as a Field Service Engineer supporting Image Guided Therapy and Diagnostic X‑Ray equipment. You will manage customer relationships, install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain advanced imaging systems at healthcare sites.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, adhere to entitlements, set expectations, and meet arrival commitments.
• Perform installations, preventative maintenance, repairs, and resolve electronic, mechanical, and networking issues on imaging equipment.
• Complete all required documentation, including timesheets, work orders, expense reports, and regulatory paperwork.
• Travel up to 70% of the time across the region, with occasional overnight stays.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging service or 4+ years in related electromechanical fields.
• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, on‑call, and overtime as needed.
• US work authorization and residence within commuting distance to White Plains, NY.

Required skills

• Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and networking theory applied to imaging equipment.
• Experience with cath lab, cardiovascular, image‑guided therapy, and diagnostic X‑Ray systems.
• Proficiency with diagnostic imaging tools, test equipment, and related service utilities.
