Field Sales Representative – Sportswear (North Region)

About the role

Tower House is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to expand its sportswear presence across the northern Miami metro area, including Sunrise, Weston, Broward County, and Palm Beach. You will work directly in the field, building relationships with clubs, retailers, and other partners to drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling and proactive outreach.
• Visit sports clubs, teams, leagues, and local retailers to establish relationships and secure orders.
• Pitch Tower House products to big‑box retailers and large chains throughout the territory.
• Sell to a variety of channels such as local shops, schools, and community organizations.
• Manage and grow your own sales territory across Sunrise, Weston, Broward, and Palm Beach.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in sports apparel or retail.
• Comfortable with cold calling and in‑person prospecting.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and resilient.
• Strong knowledge of or genuine passion for sports apparel and the local sports scene.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Residence in or near the North Miami, Broward, or Palm Beach area.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
