Field Sales Representative (Outside Sales)

About the role

Renuity is looking for an energetic Field Sales Representative to join its fast‑growing home‑improvement team in Mobile, AL. You will represent the company directly in customers' homes, delivering interactive presentations and helping homeowners upgrade their spaces with confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑home sales presentations of Renuity’s products and services to decision‑makers.
• Set and pursue individual sales targets, tracking progress and reporting results.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts while promoting company offerings.
• Maintain a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Collaborate with the training team in New Orleans and follow the company’s sales process.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work evening and weekend appointments.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for travel to client homes.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Required skills

• Experience in in‑home or B2C sales (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with home‑improvement products such as windows, doors, baths, kitchens, roofing, HVAC, or automotive sales is a plus.
