Field Sales & Marketing Representative - Peoria, IL

About the role

TTI (Techtronic Industries), a maker of power tools, outdoor equipment and floor care products, is hiring a Field Sales & Marketing Representative in Peoria, IL. The role works with The Home Depot, helping to grow market share and keep TTI's product lines prominent in the store. It involves merchandising, sales analytics and customer engagement, with travel to and from the store and occasional air travel.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot, recommending tailored product solutions
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns
• Maintain brand presence through merchandising, product placement and store resets, using Microsoft Power BI data analytics
• Manage inventory levels through down-stocking and report on tasks promptly
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team members
• Take part in TTI's training program and work independently in the assigned market

Required profile

• At least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Valid US driver's license for at least one full year, personal vehicle and vehicle insurance naming you as primary driver
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders and work nights and weekends
• Full-time retail availability, standing for the shift except for breaks
• Self-motivated, organized and able to plan and manage time
• Higher education preferred but not required; multilingual ability preferred in some markets

• Non-exempt salary of $24.04-$25.96 per hour (target annual salary $50,000-$54,000)
