Field Sales and Marketing Representative - Tucson

About the role

TTI (Techtronic Industries), a global maker of power tools, outdoor equipment and floor care products, is hiring a Field Sales and Marketing Representative in Tucson, Arizona. You will drive sales of its product lines within one of its largest retail partners, The Home Depot, and develop your selling, account management and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering business-to-consumer sales and customer service, recommending tailored product solutions
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and merchandising resets, using Microsoft Power BI data analytics
• Manage inventory levels, down-stock and report promptly
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team members and transport a small amount of company property
• Travel to and from store locations, including occasional air travel, and work nights and weekends

Required profile

• At least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Valid U.S. driver's license for at least one continuous year, a personal vehicle, and valid auto insurance naming you as primary driver
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders and work standing for full shifts, including nights and weekends
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work in a retail environment
• MS Office proficiency; multilingual ability preferred in some markets; formal higher education preferred but not required

What we offer

• Non-exempt salary of $24.04-$25.96 per hour (target annual salary $50,000-$54,000)
