Field Sales and Marketing Representative - The Home Depot

About the role

TTI (Techtronic Industries), a maker of power tools, outdoor equipment and floor care products, is hiring a Field Sales and Marketing Representative in Glasgow, DE. The role supports TTI's product lines at The Home Depot, driving market share growth through merchandising, sales analytics and customer engagement. It is a non-exempt, overtime-eligible position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot, recommending tailored product solutions
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns
• Manage merchandising, product placement, store resets and inventory levels, using Microsoft Power BI for data-driven decisions
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team members and transport a small amount of company property
• Travel to and from store locations, including occasional air travel, and lift and move tools up to 50 lbs

Required profile

• At least 21 years old, eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Valid US driver's license for at least one full year, personal vehicle and insurance
• Able to work nights and weekends, stand for shifts, and handle physical demands of a retail environment
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently after training
• Formal higher education preferred but not required; multilingual ability preferred in some markets

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office
• Microsoft Power BI for retail analytics
