Field Sales and Marketing Representative - Palmdale, CA

About the role

TTI (Techtronic Industries), a global maker of power tools, outdoor equipment and floor care products, is hiring a Field Sales and Marketing Representative in Palmdale, CA. You will drive sales of its product lines within one of its largest retail partners, The Home Depot, and launch your career in a fast-paced company.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering business-to-consumer sales and customer service at The Home Depot, recommending tailored product solutions
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns
• Maintain brand presence through merchandising, product placement and store resets, using data analytics in Microsoft Power BI
• Manage inventory levels through down-stocking and report on tasks promptly
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team members and participate in TTI's training program

Required profile

• At least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Valid US driver's license for at least one full year, personal vehicle and vehicle insurance
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders and work nights and weekends
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work full-time in a retail environment standing for the shift
• Relocation may be required for future opportunities

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office
• Data analysis with Microsoft Power BI
• Multilingual ability preferred in some markets
