Field Sales and Marketing Representative - Atlanta, GA

About the role

TTI (Techtronic Industries), a maker of power tools, outdoor equipment and floor care products, is hiring a Field Sales and Marketing Representative in Atlanta, GA (Jonesboro Rd) to work with The Home Depot. The role drives market share growth and keeps TTI's product lines prominent in the store, combining merchandising, sales analytics and customer engagement. It is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by selling to consumers in The Home Depot and recommending tailored product solutions
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns
• Maintain brand presence through merchandising, product placement and store resets, using Microsoft Power BI data analytics
• Manage inventory levels through down-stocking and report on tasks promptly
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team members and attend training programs
• Travel to and from store locations and occasionally to meetings and events, including air travel, and carry a small amount of company property

Required profile

• At least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Valid U.S. driver's license for at least one continuous year, a personal vehicle, and vehicle insurance naming you as primary driver
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work nights and weekends, and stand for full shifts
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work in a retail environment
• Formal higher education preferred but not required; multilingual ability preferred in some markets

• Pay of $24.04-$25.96 per hour, with sales contests and incentives
