Field Sales and Marketing Representative - Asheville, NC

About the role

TTI (Techtronic Industries), a maker of power tools, outdoor equipment and floor care products, is hiring a Field Sales and Marketing Representative in Asheville, NC. The role works with The Home Depot, its main retail partner, to grow market share and keep TTI's product lines prominent. It involves merchandising, sales analytics and customer engagement, with travel to and from store locations and occasional air travel.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by selling to consumers in The Home Depot and recommending tailored TTI product solutions
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns
• Manage merchandising, product placement, store resets and inventory levels, using Microsoft Power BI to drive decisions
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team members and transport a small amount of company property
• Work nights and weekends, and stand for the duration of shifts except for breaks

Required profile

• At least 21 years old and eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Valid U.S. driver's license for at least one full year, a personal vehicle, and vehicle insurance naming you as primary driver
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders and work in a retail environment standing all shift
• Ability to work nights and weekends, and to travel by air
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work full-time in a retail setting
• Formal higher education preferred but not required; multilingual ability preferred in some markets

What we offer

• Non-exempt salary of $24.04-$25.96 per hour (target annual salary $50,000-$54,000)
