Field Merchandising Representative – Flexible Part‑Time

About the role

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is seeking experienced retail merchandisers to execute store resets, remodels, fixture installations and other merchandising projects across the United States. The position is project‑based, part‑time and offers flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets and merchandising projects according to client planograms.
• Build fixtures, install displays, stock merchandise and set products to client specifications while maintaining high standards.
• Capture project photos and complete reporting using SRS’s mobile application.
• Work independently, meet project deadlines and represent SRS professionally on‑site.

Required profile

• Prior experience in retail merchandising, reset, remodel or fixture installation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb, assemble fixtures and travel to job sites.
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone with internet access.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable and able to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Reading and executing planograms.
• Using a mobile app for photo capture and reporting.
• Fixture assembly and display installation.
