Field Medical Affairs Team Lead – Eastern US (Pulmonary Hypertension)

About the role

The Field Medical Affairs Team Lead for the Eastern US will drive strategic clarity, operational excellence, and cross‑functional collaboration to enable impactful scientific engagement in pulmonary hypertension.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direction and vision aligned to US Medical Affairs strategy, foster team cohesion, and create a culture of psychological safety.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, medical governance and regulatory requirements while acting as a data steward.
• Translate medical and scientific strategies into actionable engagement plans and integrate field insights into strategic planning.
• Coach, mentor, recruit and develop team members, and partner with HR for succession readiness.

Required profile

• MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP or DO with at least 3 years of customer‑facing field medical affairs experience.
• Resides in the Eastern US, demonstrates strong interpersonal communication, business acumen and ability to lead a geographically dispersed team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to interface with technical platforms, including Generative AI tools.

• Base salary $210,400 – $331,100 per year, annual bonus and long‑term incentive eligibility.
