Field Marketing Specialist – Lake Saint Louis

About the role

The Field Marketing Specialist supports Coldwell Banker real‑estate agents in Lake Saint Louis by designing and executing marketing strategies that enhance their personal brand and drive business growth. This role blends consulting, digital marketing, and community outreach to protect the company’s brand image and showcase the Core 4 value proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with branch managers to identify agents needing strategic marketing support.
• Consult agents individually and in groups on personal marketing plans, emphasizing production, coaching, culture, and wealth building.
• Develop digital marketing strategies, including organic and paid social media campaigns, online profiles, and customer testimonial promotion.
• Conduct annual digital scorecard reviews to assess online presence and recommend improvements.
• Provide issue resolution and one‑on‑one assistance as needed.
• Prepare and promote monthly educational calendars and marketing workshops, both in‑office and virtual.
• Support regional offices by presenting at meetings, assisting with awards, and representing the brand at community and charitable events.
• Assist onboarding of newly affiliated agents and create personalized recruiting presentations for VIP agents.
• Collaborate with the creative team on local recruiting and advertising campaigns.
• Attend regional marketing meetings, share competitive intelligence, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing, MLS, and Coldwell Banker standards.
