Field Marketer – Home Renovation Outreach

About the role

Join Mad City Windows & Baths, a proud member of the Renuity family, as a Field Marketer. You will be the face of our home‑improvement brand, connecting directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods to introduce our remodeling services and special offers.

Key responsibilities

• Engage homeowners through in‑person, door‑to‑door outreach.
• Introduce our renovation services and schedule free in‑home product demonstrations.
• Generate interest without pressure‑selling, focusing on education and relationship building.
• Represent a top‑rated brand and uphold company standards during all interactions.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; we provide full training.
• Self‑motivated, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with strangers.
• Available to work afternoon and evening shifts (12 pm – 8 pm).
• Physically able to stand, walk, and work outdoors for 6–8 hours per day.

Required skills

• Strong verbal communication.
• Ability to handle varying weather conditions while canvassing.

What we offer

• Base hourly pay plus uncapped performance bonuses.
• Average first‑year earnings of $55k–$75k, top reps earn $85k+.
