Field Inventory Analyst – Plymouth, MN

About the role

You will work closely with the sales team to manage truck stock inventory and solve challenges using a methodical approach. The role involves merging multiple data sets, performing advanced analyses, and creating compelling visualizations to drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute project plans, identify and mitigate delivery risks, and gain stakeholder buy‑in while developing inventory management solutions and supporting new product launches.
• Organize, cleanse, manipulate, and maintain large commercial data sets, interpret information to drive initiatives, and calculate KPIs for asset management and field inventory optimization.
• Ensure information management systems meet business needs, incorporate quality‑control procedures, and implement inventory process controls such as service, turn rates, and expiration management.
• Create clear visualizations for non‑technical audiences, assess trends and data, and communicate findings to cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of analytical experience in sales operations, IT, marketing or a similar role; medical‑device experience preferred.
• Strong quantitative background with statistical analysis, process design, and data‑management expertise.
