Field Development Trainer

About the role

The Field Development Trainer will lead the growth of our distributor channel, strengthening strategic alliances and supporting sustainable network development. This remote position requires frequent travel (50‑80%) across the United States and internationally to work closely with Royal Prestige distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Present and execute business opportunities across channel, product, geography, performance, pricing, and customer service.
• Design and manage the full distributor lifecycle: recruitment, selection, onboarding, and activation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and internal teams.
• Coordinate and deliver trainings on sales, finance, product, service, compliance, legal, and digital tools.
• Support prospecting activities such as fairs, promotional events, and recruitment drives.
• Ensure execution of promotions, incentives, product launches, and events.
• Analyze sales data and develop actionable plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• 3‑5 years of sales experience, preferably in direct sales.
• Experience in multilevel marketing is highly valued.
• Bilingual Spanish‑English (required or strongly preferred).
• Strong data‑analysis abilities with experience in Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with distributors and internal teams.
• Result‑oriented, autonomous, proactive, and service‑minded.
