Field Advisor

About the role

The Field Advisor supports daily operations by performing roof system repairs, maintenance, and grease containment services while ensuring safety and quality. The role involves regular travel within the designated region and collaboration with Field Support to improve processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform physically demanding rooftop tasks, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working in varied weather conditions.
• Travel weekly throughout the designated region with potential overnight stays; hotel and company vehicle provided.
• Communicate clearly in both written and oral forms and complete digital reporting using smartphones or tablets.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a field‑based environment.

• Comfortable performing physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
