Family Practice / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

About the role

Fast Pace Health is seeking a Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver high‑quality care both in‑clinic and via telehealth. The Provider will work within a supportive, values‑driven environment, ensuring patient satisfaction while adapting to evolving technologies and protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary‑care services to patients in the clinic and through virtual platforms.
• Meet established patient‑volume targets for both in‑person and telehealth visits.
• Lead and mentor clinic staff, including X‑Ray technologists, nurses, and front‑office specialists.
• Gather and review patients' medical histories, symptoms, allergies, and medications to formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Document patient encounters promptly and accurately, ensuring charts are completed and forwarded as required.
• Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as defined by the CMO and supervising physicians.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to resolve concerns and uphold company values.

Required profile

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with experience in family practice or primary care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to adopt new technologies and evolving clinical protocols.
• Strong communication skills for both in‑person and virtual patient interactions.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care.
