About the role

Redirect Health is seeking a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver virtual primary care. This remote position offers flexibility, allowing you to work from home with optional weekend shifts while providing high‑quality care to families across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations via phone, video, and secure messaging.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop and manage ongoing care plans, including follow‑ups.
• Prescribe medications and order laboratory tests as needed.
• Educate patients on preventive health and long‑term wellness.
• Document all patient interactions in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Required profile

• Current, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license.
• Strong background in family practice or primary care.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
• Excellent communication and patient‑engagement skills.
